Challenge 168 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!! Spring or Pastel Colours.

Hi and Happy Saturday everyone!  I am not here as often as I'd like to be these days, but that's another story.  I'm so happy to take part in this week's challenge, which is from our Happy Hostess, Pam Varnell.  She would like us all to create something using spring or pastels colours.  I know I'm ready to think about spring.  I don't know about you, but I'm heartily sick of winter although it hasn't been a really bad one here in S.W. Ontario.  We've been through much worse ones.

I am using what I call Dress Up Lulu from the Playtime Lulu set.  Isn't she cute?  Aah, I remember those days.  I must say my Mum didn't have fancy things like a boa to wear, that would have been awesome.  It was fun anyway.  I remember shoving soft things like cotton hankies in the toes of her shoes to try to keep them on.  Anyway, I had fun colouring her and although not all of the colours are pastel, I still think the card is springlike.

So now let's see what wonderful creations you will have to show us using spring/pastel colours.  Just think, it will give you a headstart on cards for spring or maybe for Easter.  Be sure to link your card or other item to the Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge Blog for a chance to win the stamp that Pam is using on her card.  It's one of the Cute A Saurus set and it's adorable.  And be sure to surf around and look at the lovely cards the other girls have made.  They are sure to inspire you.

Also, don't forget that Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps has the Frugal Friday Specials up and they are:-    Bambi Bubblegum, Angry Ballerina, Snow Day Lucas, Winter Trinkets, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun and Holly Hip Hop.

See you on the Challenge Blog,
Happy Stampin',
Diana
